Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us and get a refund.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. If 30 days have passed we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange, you may still contact us and negotiate a store credit or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Food
  • Gift cards
  • Sanitary goods
  • Hazardous products, flammable liquids & gases
  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Return Instructions

Request a refund: To request a refund please contact us via contact form. Please make sure to provide your name, item details, and order number (find that in your account or on the email of order confirmation).

Shipping Cost: If an item arrived damaged or defective, or the wrong item received, we will provide the shipping cost, (images for proof may be required). otherwise, the customer has to ship out the product at his own cost. Sometimes we may ask you to use a label provided by our company, in such a case we will deduct $7.00 from the refund.

Return address: All returns need to be shipped to the company address:

Or to another address, as advised by our customer service.

Tracking: If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Type: Refund will be processed to your credit card or bank you had used as your payment method, if you prefer a store credit please let us know.

Refund time: Once you shipped the item out please wait till it has been delivered, your refund will be processed within 2 – 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,

If you haven’t received a refund yet please know there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, first check your bank account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. if you didn’t get your refund after a few days please reach out to us via the contact form and will do our best to take care.

Cancellations

You may ask us to cancel your order, once your order has been sent to our warehouse it can not be canceled.
